At Liaison the Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
